Return Process

  Visit our online portal or stop by our Rome storefront with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn children's apparel back in its original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags remain securely attached.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply bring it to our service desk.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
